Our Basic Rate is $21.00 for 2000 gallons plus $2.00 upgrade fee. After the 2000 gallons, the price will be $3.50 per 1000 gallons.
The bills are mailed out to the customers at the end of each month. They are due by the 10th of the month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, the bill will be due the next business day. After the 10th of the month, a late fee will be added. If a payment is not received by the 20th of each month, the customer is subject to be turned off. There is a $40.00 turn off fee if this happens. The services will not be turned back on until the past due plus the turn off fee is paid.
