Molino Utilities Incorporated offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

*You can now pay with a Debit or Credit Card at the office. There is a convenience fee of $2.50 for every transaction*

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

*NOW AVAILABLE* Online Bill Pay on our website

You can now pay on our website.  There is a fee of $ 2.00 (up to $100.00) to pay through our website. If you pay more than $100.00, the fee will be a percentage of what you are paying.  You can pay with a check or a credit card.  If you create an account online, you will be able to see the balance on your account.  You can also sign up for billing alerts to let you know when the new bill is available and it will remind you if a payment has not been made.  You can also set up automatic/recurring draft payments.

Pay over the phone through IVR

You can now pay over the phone through IVR.  The number to call is 1-888-291-2043.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information. **If you make a payment online through your bank, we will charge a $ .50 fee for this. **
